Description
In 2017, I began my journey with Dyslexia and Dysgraphia. I had just completed my Orton Gillingham Classroom Educator training when I decided to have my own son, tested. He was in the 3rd grade and was showing some classic signs of Dysgraphia. Diagnoses confirmed that while he didn't have Dyslexia, he does have Dysgraphia.
I've been tutoring using a structured literacy, Orton Gillingham approach and have been certified at the Classroom Educator level. I'm currently in my practicum for Associate Level certification.
Additionally, I've been formally trained in Learning Without Tears handwriting instruction.
